room is large and comfortable, close to nature and sea. staff greet to you and always smile. hotel small and not to be over crowded. sea water is very clean,and you can swim to see the coral reef and colorful fishes.all reviews »
Nice resort, friendly staff, good food in the restaurants (Fisherman's cove and at the pool) and drink. Try their sushi at the pool, you will not be disappointed. Wonderful place and souroundings, very recomandable.
Everything is perfect, rooms and beach area is nice and snorkelling is wonderful around the pier area. Calm water are usually from April to August, later on please check weather conditions.
The perfect Service, the beach, the awesome waters, Snorkling, Nature Walk and the Fruit Juices.
Very private beach and island which no other guests or people can come here!!.

Food cost is outrageous, children menu on 35 RM (18 US), dinner cost around 100...Be prepared to the bill. If you include all the taxes and fees yor daily cost will be around US250 per day for a couple with a baby... if you do not care about cost this is a perfect resort area.
Mosquitoes are everywhere and seems to ignore repellent.
The noise of insects during the day. At least they stop during the night!.
You will trap in this private island. They charge too expensive for their food and you have no choice to purchase any other food from any place, even their kiosk also doesn't sell instant noodle or cup noodle. Charging RM70 per person per trip for the boat is definitely not going to let you thinking of getting out for hunting food or hanging around in Kota Kinabalu city.

Please note that room rates do not include speedboat transfers. Speedboat transfers have be to pre-booked and a chargeable per person, per way. Speedboat transfers are available at MYR 70 per adult, per way and MYR 35 per child, per way (2-11 years old).

The speedboat transfer schedule is as follows:
Jesselton Point to Resort – 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00 and 21:00
Resort to Jesselton Point – 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 18:30 and 21:30
For arrivals apart from the scheduled times, a private charter boat can be prearranged at MYR500 per way per boat. Please note that private charter boat will be MYR700 per way per boat between 21:00 to 07:00. These are additional costs and are to be paid directly to the hotel.
