The restaurant options were not available;the journey to arrive at the island is not easy;. Lot of jellyfishes on emerald bay Compulsory high speed boat to reach the hotel which is very expensive (50$ P.P.) Hard to reach / far from Singapore. Just a little wish-list: - a possibility for a partition between terraces - no music during breakfast; at least a little more variety. 1. Food too expensive 2. Check in process a bit too long, after check in at the lumut office, have to wait again when arrive at the resort to get to the room key. 3. Ferry fee not included into the high room charges. Nothing really. Only small comment would be the sea - good for swimming, but a bit murky for snorkling,. Many flies in the room & eating place too. Slightly slow in responding requests. expensive. maybe decor a little tired?. the cars whitch were crosing the resort, I think they should use elektrical cars. Food was limited and expensive. Feast Village was actually good but more than three nights would be boring. Beach unclean. Guest house facilities are a bit used. it is too expensive.

Please note that due to security concerns, guests under 12 years old are not allowed to stay in the Sea Villas and guests under 16 years old are not allowed to stay in the Spa Villas. Please provide your arrival details and preferred pick-up time as per speedboat schedule at time of booking. Alternatively, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation slip. (All requests are subject to availability.) Please be informed that the hotel does not accept payment using a third-party card.
