the hotel is right at beachside which is very convenient to go for boat trip, watersports and also swimming. the staffs are friendly and helpful, very good customer service. Everything was great, very clean and beautiful hotel, nice staff. It`s the best hotel on Pangkor island - good for families with children, couples, for young generation. Located in the middle of Pangkor and easily accessible to anywhere. Food arw good and friendly counter staff.

Quite place. i booked a twin-bedded room but the room is a bit small n tight, the bathroom is very small, no bathtub. the tv is not clear eventhough the maintenance came and fix it for over 15mins.... Most of the room equipment such as toilet, furniture and bed are old and need replacement. Air conditioner was too loud, poor breakfast, view from standart room. I more recommend villa or superior room. At room do not have "telekung" for sembahyang purpose and need to go to surau. None. Hotel room all single bed and we were a family.also single beds u cant attached them together. Fridge was not working probably and also the tv not clear. No carpet in the room. Rooms a bit small. nothing. The room was sub-standard, especialy the bathroom and washbasin. Towels was clean but clearly old. Wifi reception in the room was poor, nut able to connect to internet. No wi-fi in the rooms. do not open the window, lots of mosquito. too noisy - because of the families with kids that are staying in the hotel, kids screming, shouting and crying, running around outside the rooms. but cant do anything, it'S A beach area :) the motorcycle that I rented was not in good condition. Below the usual level of the hotel in this category. Obnoxious, impersonal staff. Poor breakfast. Cap Servise not so good. upgrade room to make more comfortable. 1. Poor breakfast served, no kids menu. 2. Cheapskates service quality staff at cafetetial. 3. no service orientated. 4. No house facilities and Swiming pool open until 7pm only.
