The location was fantastic - Just above the pavilion shopping centre and close to lots of good restaurants etc. Also the convenience of having a fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities was very good for a family with young children. Very spacious apartment and all rooms were very clean and daily cleaning service was offered. The staff were very attentive and catered to all our requirements for extra baby cot and extra bed linens and mattresses etc.

The checkin process was a bit confusing. It wasn't made clear to us in the booking that this is a private residence and that some apartments were leased out privately as short term rentals so we were infact renting this through a different hotel chain. We arrived at the residence but the representative was not there to meet us and when we enquuired at the hotel desk we were told that they couldn't help us. Luckily I had the telephone number on the booking and I called the rep who met us.

Location .the flat is big and nice

No reception ,if you have a problem no one will help you.
