A brand new hotel-apartment. It's reasonably priced and good if you are driving but there's also a lrt station nearby I think. Staff was helpful. There's a self service laundry downstairs and an Old Town white coffee next door at Ibis Style Hotel. The apartment is spotless clean, spacious and very comfortable. Swimming pool is okay. The are presence of security guards everywhere which make you feel safe even in the underground car park. This is not a tourist hotel though.
all reviews » One Stop Residence was a comfortable, clean, well priced apartment. Very easy to get into KLCC and other areas using the LRT, as well as being able to connect to the Komuter when required. Some very cheap (and good) eateries in the area. I also liked that there was a guest laundry to be able to keep on top of the washing whilst travelling. I liked the location of the hotel..near the city center..only 3 train stations via the LRT...which by the way is for free as they give u a pass for the train with unlimited passes....I also liked the pool....gr8 view and always quiet...perfect for relaxation...the staff was so friendly and ready to offer any information with pleasure. .. 1. Safety and Security of the Apartment was such that you can leave your children without any fear. 2. Front Office was very helpful and cooperative 3. Unlimited Metro Pass was very helpful to make multiple visit to the market and places of interest. 4. Location was very good as all the facilities were nearby even within the complex. The location is very good, they have shuttle three times daily, also it's attached to train station which you can go everywhere very cheap. The place has new mall in same building. The hotel is very clean and has big rooms. It was very nice staying at this hotel and if I back to KL again I will stay in the same hotel. i enjoyed my stay in the hotel every things are excellent , i think the hotel is new because most of the taxi driver don't know the location of he hotel , and little far from town center , i hope when i come next time i find some coffee and tea in the kitchen , except that every thing was excellent. The apartments were nice and clean. The pool was big and the kids really enjoyed it. I also liked that it was very close to the station and it was very easy to commute to and from even with 6 kids! I wish we stayed longer but it was only a 1 night stopover. I liked the spaciousness of the apartment, the view of the hills as well as the city, the facilities provided, the safety and security, as well as the overall comfort. Rodhiah at the Travel Desk, along with her team, gave excellent service and guidance. It's worth every single cent I spent. With a 2 bedroom price, I can accommodate my family of 4. Accommodation is new and clean. I drove, carpark seems safe although I put steering wheel lock. 2 level of security from lift and lift level entrance. 1 - very close to the train station. 2 - tourist packages offered by the hotel is very distinctive and appropriate prices. 3 - the hotel is clean and the staff are cooperative. 4 - prices suitable for rooms. the hotel has connecting bridge to the chan sow lin lrt, downstair they have seven eleven and 24hours small restaurant and the food taste good, very clean and enjoy the place so much.. all is best !. no fuss service, very clean, extremely comfortable especially when u travel with kids, the pool view was awesome. we were enjoy our stay there and would like to come back again. Nice play to stay with the family.Apt & clean with swimming pool to take care of the family time. Taxi guys would recognize it more as an F &N point than One stop... Hotel - 2 room apartment was really good. It was very clean and spacious. Newly renovated. For the price, the hotel was very affordable and good. Will come back here again. i just stay for one day,i booking standard twin room,what a suprising me,the room is bigger then what imagine.one more things,this hotel near the lrt station. Apartment type accommodation offering ample space for both adults and children. We also liked to pool, but feel it could do with a changing area. The corridor and elevator(not working) to the car park which is not within the hotel is not properly maintained. There are also many night clubs nearby if that matter. Whilst there were cooking facilities and dishes etc in the apartment, there was no detergent or dish-cloth to be able to wash them. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. It is very important to tell the reception that u want to clean the room..as the make room sign looks to be insufficient. .. But to be honest..I didnt like kuala...it is a bad city...loud...crowded...no nice ppl there...alot of thiefs...not going there again...thanx good I am in phucket now...the heaven on earth :). 1. WiFi connectivity was very erratic even though they tried to rectified during our stay but could not be done completely. 2. Cable Channels were very limited. Wifi was not stable, maybe because I was setting in 9th floor, I think they need to cover WIFI in all areas in the hotel. However everything else was great. No coffee , sugar , milk provided but luckily 7/11 was right outside. Kettle also didnt work in 1 of the apartments so getting my morning coffee was a bit of a mission but otherwise everything was good!. The pool is small and full of people. No big deal!. No catering services. Absence of oven cooking. No massages and relaxation. our room just next to lrt rail station so we can hear very clearly the railing. The location of hotel was a little out of way. You might take some time finding for the place. Only If I knew earlier it was located just beside ibis hotel. Lobby did not look that great, but again, don't judge the hotel based on its outlook cause the rooms were fantastic. there have a parking,but need to puts the deposit,but not for bike. I was totally relieved,because i use bike.lol. Water dripping over the landings after swimming. Not enough cutlery, crockery etc. Poor TV package. Non. Could not find a phone to use. Atmosphere - weird sometimes (eviction notice on some doors on the floor). Access - can be tricky sometimes, like a labyrinth. We used the gym facilities, appreciated if the management could look into it and maintain properly, especially the treadmill which is none working.(typically a fav among user) Should improve the speed at the check in counter, but not that big deal, just in case if there is big group. Nothing really ... but you'll need a taxi if you don't want to use the metro... The doors slamming by the neighbors can be heard, sound proof is not good. Not enough signage to the basement parking area. Too few TV channels for the children to enjoy themselves. I hate the parking facilities. last checked in, i have to pay almost RM 35 due to no parking card available. i think, parking should be validated from hotel without having to collect the parking card. there' s not much choice of local cuisine only mamak stalls is available. nothing dont like. its hard to find the good restaurant nearby. The website is not properly describe on the location and the way from LRT leading to the hotel. No resturant within the premises. No breakfast. Not close to any good, decent eateries. Noisy. - Didn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste - Limited TV channel's. Entance not easy to find if you take taxi. In room services not satisfied... The wifi is very very poor indeed, need lots of improvements. The staff. Tv decoder card did not work so could only watch very few channels in local language. It was a little bit far from the city centre, had to take 2 trains. Need cleaner bathrooms. Would be good if the the shopping mall is functioning. Food: the taste is not so well as we are used to in Indonesia (anywhere). the kitchen does not have a rice cooker. Location, a bit far from KLCC.
