Breakfast was included. Location was decent.

1) The Staff is not friendly.

i ndicated in the booking that i needed a late check out but was checked ou earlier and had to go airport too early.
First room we were allocated smelled absolutely disgusting, the sheets and bed were damp and there was urine on the toilet seat so we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were put in was only slightly better but the bed was damp and smelled of mold. When my parner woke up the next morning his t-shirt that he had been sleeping in reeked of mold.
I think for what the hotel offered it was over priced.
the pillow and the phone smelly. the handover of towels at receptionist feels not hygienic.
the receptionist don't know about any important information for tourist. breakfast menu kinda boring.
