The hotel room is very clean and neat. Besides that, the menu from the hotel are delicious. Really enjoy stay in this hotel.

No one informing of the security code/ procedures to enter the hotel room by the lift.

Fantastic hotel right in centre of Golden Triangle and near to good restaurants.Have stayed here many times and will so again in the future.

The rooms were comfartable and clean definitely warrants a 2nd stay with only minor improvements to be made.

!st impression of hotel when entering hotel not as impressive as the 4 star rating it had. The standard of service offered by the hotel is acceptable but needs a little more improvement.Door handle of the rooms were a pain to use.
