This hotel is newly refurbished so the bed is new, air-con working fine, rooms newly painted and the toilet is ok too. Staff service was really friendly and they can be a good guide around the city. Location is good as well. Situated at bukit bintang, near most of the shopping malls and attractions. Near shopping centers and bus stops! Located at the heart of the city! :).

Basically the great location at Bukit Bintang is the plus point, handy for shopping malls, food stalls, night life and monorail. Sleeping room was clean and freshly painted, beds were comfy. Disgusted by the molds. Wifi was pretty slow. About the payment method. First they do something with my credit card (not deducted yet) before the last day for booked cancellation. Secondly, they asked for deposit more than the price of the hotel, although they return the excess of the money. Poor condition of bathroom and shower. Looked dirty, probably just old and tired. Damaged toilet seat, hard to flush, missing bathroom cabinet and mirror. In the room the blinds were too small to cover the window. Tiny tv could just about receive ghostly images of 3 terrestrial channels. There was a sign in the lift saying hotel under renovation. Outside the road was closed due to noisy long term work on the new underground line. Taxi can't get close so it's awkward if you've got heavy luggage. The toilet bowl was hardly flush. If possible would like to suggest to renovate the toilet as well since the mirror was quite old and rusty. Not many channels can be chose for the tv programs and it was not so clear and snowy a bit. The bathroom was very old and dirty looking. KL has a new underground train tunnel being built. It was one metre from our bedroom window and they worked all night. This was not the hotels fault but I would research what motels will be affected by the construction in the future as had no sleep for four days. No breakfast No international TV stations. No mini bar and toilet flood. according to price little expensive. My request to get additional pillow on the first night was not entertained because I was inform that house keeping staff are only works until 6 pm. So that nobody can give me the pillow. When I want to get an iron, I was told to go to the 1st floor for ironing. Smelly carpet in room and in corridors. Leaking cistern so part of bathroom is constantly wet. Leaking washbasin tap. Room in disrepair-patchup job in ceiling, bathroom door peeling, grouting in bathroom is black with mould. Wifi reception on 2nd floor is unpredictable. It's noisy during the night due to the MRT construction just opposite the hotel. The furniture inside the room is poor. TV doesn't have the hotel basic channel and the toilet is very small. same like other people commenting about this hotel. overall, very poor condition of the room & shower & facilities. very dirty, smelly and no value for money. very poor hotel. The condition of the hotel which is too poor ie the carpets,rooms conditions,air cons not functions very well. The hotel need to improve on their service, housekeeping, room facilities and etc. The best way to go is to renovate the hotel. It's timely to do so. Dirty in bathroom, Old furniture in room.
