The room was lovely, had a pretty view and was clean. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the port. Our room had a balcony and we had a view of the Guia Fortress
Lighthouse, as well as the city. The hotel had a European feel to it. My
family walked up to the lighthouse and it was wonderful. The Rampa de
Guia leading up to the lighthouse was just beside the hotel. There was a
very old, small chapel at the foot of the lighthouse. We also had a good
walk to the city center from our hotel.
