The room was lovely, had a pretty view and was clean. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the port. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend the hotel to fellow travellers, even though it was outside our budget. Macau is expensive, but if you are staying for one or two nights, you can relax and enjoy your stay here.
all reviews » Our room had a balcony and we had a view of the Guia Fortress Lighthouse, as well as the city. The hotel had a European feel to it. My family walked up to the lighthouse and it was wonderful. The Rampa de Guia leading up to the lighthouse was just beside the hotel. There was a very old, small chapel at the foot of the lighthouse. We also had a good walk to the city center from our hotel. Romantic location close to lighthouse, beautiful european styled building, really good and helpful english speaking staff, nice balkony with good city view, pretty big bed, a lot of facilities like sneakers, shower cap, packets, etc. Free transfer to airport, ferry terminal and other. After small guesthouse in Hong Kong's Kowloon it was great for us!. Good hotel...we had a great view of the Guia Lighthouse from our window! It is an older building (best days are probably behind it...) but it is very clean, comfortable and not too bad of a location in Macau. Helpful staff who were able to manage bookings to a number of other services eg ferry, sightseeing bus. Good location - accessible without having to put up with the hype of the casinos. Friendly staff, with good English ability . Helpful and the room is clean . Free wifi an shuttle bus are available. Fast check out with free teansport to ferry or airport. They upgraded our room for free when the type of room we booked were not available. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and it even has a balcony. Location..there is a bus stop just out from the hotel, within 3minutes walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, especially Zozo Zhou, always smiling :). Hotel restaurant is pretty average...fairly limited menu, and seems more angled towards locals only...a bit outdated for a city that brings in tourists from around the globe like Macau. Mattress was very hard. Nothing. The location is not so convenient. But it's fine if you plan to travel by taxi all the time. expensive breakfast in the restaurant. No coffe in the room. -Pillows too soft -Mattress too hard -no gym/ swimming pool -not provided airport transfer. Nothing to eat nearby the hotel, the only chinese restaurance located in the hotel, not much choices. Too little sofa at the lobby area. Hard to find and access by public transport. The location is not in the city centre but 10 mins walk to the lighthouse in the peak. A ride from city centre to the hotel is within 30 mop, which is reasonable and convenient. It should provide some more promotion discount from time to time to loyal customers !. The windows in the room are bolted shut and won't open, so the guest is a prisoner of air conditioning. would have liked to acccess wifi in room. Dusty room. Reception was not English adequate. Had to speak in Pu Tong Hua. the bed was as hard as rock. could not sleep very well. Bed like a hard , i cannot to sleep. No western breakfast possible even by paying. The 50hkd proposal for it didn t exist. Staff in restaurant not nice neither polite No real food choice around there Overall too expensive for the prestation. Hard to get a taxi willing to go to downtown at a normal fare based on meter value. It really is a so-so place being one of the older hotels in Macau. I guess when i went it was a holiday weekend and thus was expensive.... The internet doesn't work in the room. I did not receive a breakfast from hotel. Limited shuttle service. Room rate is high considering the uncomfortable beds and lack of facilities. 2-beds bedroom even if I was coming alone Price not justified at all. Everything was fine.

The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest's name checking in. Guests may receive a MOP$30 cash coupon to be used in Brilliant Lake Restaurant per stay. Please note that the hotel front desk operation time is from 9 am to 6 pm. If you arrive at the hotel after 6 pm, please kindly mark down your arrival time or flight number and contact detail in the "Request Box", otherwise no room will be provided after 6 pm. A security deposit of HKD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
