  Absolutely the best choice. I am happy to make that decision on internet & then re-confirm it after staying & walking around the city for 4 days. The ceiling of the room is like 14 feet high, only found in clas - Kempinski never lets us down, the hotel is a true five star in every sense. The staff is hard to beat, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable especially the concierge name Seigei who went out of his way to help with everything with a smile at all time.

  I staid 4 days here with some colleagues and it was a very good selection!Its the best place to stay mixing good location, comfortable apartments and very cool room design.   The young man at the registration desk was very helpful and courteous in explaining things to me since I didn't understand Lithuanian. On the first night, I had locked my passport and cash in thr room safe, but it would not open for me. The man from the front desk helped, made all arrangements and learned how to open it from the technical person ... what people say » and then, the next day took the time to come and open it for me. Very pleased that he personally took care of this for me. - Location, nice staff, good and very tidy rooms. We were upgraded to a bigger room with no charge because we were three persons staying.
