Absolutely the best choice. I am happy to make that decision on internet & then re-confirm it after staying & walking around the city for 4 days. Elegant, best location, quiet though situated in front of a main road as a result of good window seals. Efficient, warm & helpful staff performing exceptionally good jobs. Looking around the details of this partly 100 years old hotel I can observe an excellent management. The ceiling of the room is like 14 feet high, only found in clas.

The staff is hard to beat, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable especially the concierge name Seigei who went out of his way to help with everything with a smile at all time. The location and staff is marvelous. It seems that everyone has just been waiting for you. My room had both a bath and a shower. They arranged a late check-out, arranged for a taxi upon the day of my arrival etc. Nice rooms and bathroom, very comfy beds and excellent location of the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant with tasty food and great service. Everything: a professional and very friendly staff, spacy rooms, tasteful design, good quality of the furniture and bathroom, additional facilities etc. The hotel opened in September 2012 and still feels fresh and new. Ideal location and perfect when it comes to stuff and comfort. Location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very nice, restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Great place - in the center of Vilnius. The best hotel in Vilnius !!. More or less everything!. Just the best in town!. Almost everything. Needed to change the ~14 alpha numeric WiFi password everyday. We booked for a room with view of the Old Town and the Cathedral Square but the first night we arrived around 9pm we were put in the back room with no view and couldn't change until the next night so that was very disappointed. The room was also very small. Everything is excellent. The absence of the hot water in the room. We had to wait for 5-10 minutes until ice-cold water warms up. Sometimes we had to take a shower with slightly warm water. We didn't notice that the hotel employees were all that willing to help us. Nothing: no complaint at all!. Nothing. Having to leave. Beds too soft, it is only my look!. The hot water in the shower was erratic at times. The Telegrafas Restaurant had excellent staff and ambience but the menu was somewhat limited.
