This is a great hotel, it is a hidden gem. The staff is so kind and will do their best to make your stay comfortable. I have been upgraded to a suite. I found it great... very comfortable, clean, trendy, made will high quality materials and finishing. The suite has 1.5 bathrooms. The bed is so comfortable and the TV channels are diverse and nice. Free WiFi is available in the hotel but the issue is that I had to use it in the sitting room as the signal was so weak in the bedroom. The mini bar w.

Loved the design, extremely friendly staff, check in - out 5mins, spacious rooms, very comfortable, very clean, great value for money and perfect location in the middle of down town Beirut, 2 mins walking from jemmayzi street (pubs and rests), 10 mins walking from the shopping area.. Best for leisure and business for the city lovers. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, checked-in in 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious and their design is great. Breakfast is simply awesome. Free parking and you get your car in 2 minutes. Whilst taking a warm shower, you suddenly get very hot water or very cold water and this can be harmful. The ac wasnt working. Told the reception but the hotel was full, couldn't do anything about it. Hot water supply insufficient. The hotel needs a small shop for traveler needs. Breakfast was subpar for a hotel in this price range. Free shuttle to the airport would have been ideal. Breakfast could be better. For example, the fruit salad offered contained alcohol. So it wasnt suitable for us. parking might be an issue. No ability to change money at hotel. It didn't have a spa. breakfast very mediocre, staff at reception not terribly friendly, the hotel is at a terribly noisy location, with lots of traffic around it, and construction right in front of our window.. we would never go back, it hasnt been a relaxing stay!. - Loud construction work infront of the hotel. - Gym is located in another building, and is only open from 10AM - 10PM - Breakfast items very limited. - Room service left the room door ajar after making up the room. over priced and no respect to the groups at all.
