To begin with, we were really lucky with this choice.location is just amazing.many attractions r surrounding. The hotel is really clean , very mofern and trendy. Staffs r the best :) they really know how to welcome their guests ,very helpful and friendly. To the extent that we were enjoying talking to them and now we miss them allllll without any exception :) I deeply recommend this hotel :).
all reviews » The location was good in terms of accessing the downtown area and the souks. It was a nice walk to Zaituna Bay - which is a great place to eat - and equally nice walk to Germanzie St. Although there were plenty of places close to the hotel to eat. Staff were great in providing helpful advice. Great if you like going to bars till late. The friendliness of all the staff was exceptional (especially the receptionist Farah & the hall porter Hassan). All went out of their way to ensure that our short stay was both relaxing & pleasurable. The hotel is clean & all amenities available. We did not try the breakfast nor the swimming & sports facilities. Location is perfect, it is located within walking distance from shopping malls and lots of designer stores, price wasnot to expensive for this neighboorhood Staff was very helpful and nice, i requested special amenitis upon my arrival and they helped me with it free wifi , nice and clean rooms it was a very good choice for me. I liked the location and the warm welcome from everyone start from Mohammad in concierge and Maher in reception and the lovely staff in room service and resturant Ali, Mira and Eisa and special thank to Farah from concierge for her assistance in restaurants reservantions and car rental even with short notice. The staff were extremely helpful, we accidentally took the wrong bag at airport, and the staff arranged to swap it with no hassle at all. Great customer service. They also made us feel very safe as we had some apprehension about staying in Beiruit, due to the worsening condition in neighbouring Syria. The pool was closed for maintenance. It was the only reason why chose the hotel, however we still enjoyed our stay. nothing except that i couldn't stay more than 1 day!!!. Windows could use some sound proofing. It gets quite noisy at night on weekends. Also, the prices at the hotel are a bit steep...in terms of stay, food, parking, and other services. Everything was good!. The only thing I did not like was the need to go home. I wanted to stay longer... Some noise late at night from near nearby bars and clubs. Earplugs maybe required at the weekend!. Nothing.. - nothing everything was perfect. N/A. While it didn't bother me, if anyone is a light sleeper, the noise from the street comes through the window. nothing too major honestly...the pool area is super small and overlooking rooftops. Stamping tickets for valet parking. light is little bit low and Wi Fi service is difficult and disconnected frequently. That the breakfast is not included :) they do have a lovely selection of food!. the rate was not including the tax ,so they added another extra 10% which raised the rate per night. nothing every thing was in order. Interior design is good but definitely can be better. The swimming pool Gym. Roof top pool was rather small but private. The pictures on letsbookhotel.com are for the bigger rooms, we got confused when we found a smaller room but the staff was very helpful and moved us to a room with a balcony. A bit noisy because of the cafe in the street underneath the window until 2am + overprized breafast (35$!). Lagedge lefting to or from the hotel. Though the hotel is in the center of the city, access to the hotel by car was a bit complicated. Pool needs sun Umbrellas. Access by car is not possible (only up to 50m from hotel...). Breakfast. Noisy place due to night cafes and bars. Breakfast variety. No car access to the hotel entrance. Nothing. I would have liked a room on the upper floors with more sunlight. Also the AC was noisy.
