I would like to thank Mr. Saleh Khatib (Manager) for his professional and outstanding management and treatment. Architecture, decoration, cleaning, comfort of rooms, delicious and fresh breakfast, price. Very helpful personal. Good food I felt very secure. People working there are very polite . management. Special Thanks to Fady Abdo from the front office team really he is very professional and talented in dealing with people he made my stay very smooth and comfortable if i will come back to Amman i will go for this hotel if Fady will be there he is really an asset to imperial palace hotel.
