The staff is aimable. The design of the hotel and interiors are well decorated. O'six, at the hotel, is one of the nice and famous lounges in Amman. The hotel also has a branch of La Calle- my favorite bar in Amman! Free wi-fi is always the best!. We found the personnel very helpful. Wifi was very fast. Breakfast was ok, not a reach choice but at least something nice to eat.

Next to easy landmark so taxi drivers could find it. Nothing unfortunately. the hotel is clean but the sheets didnt smell good. Cleanliness always needs nice smells!. No shelves in the shower to put the shower gels etc. the taxes of the room breakfast and the food is not that fair. the hot water stopped for sometime. Room service is super slow. Location dificult to find. Being remodeled. Was hard to find and my shower was old and water was spraying in all directions in it. This may be room specific but the temperature was hard to regulate in te shower. The shower also ha signs of mold and need some updating. 1st. They never clean the room, they only make it up. Too dirty i was afraid to sleep on that bed. 2nd. My card keys stopped working i had to get a normal key and carr both. 3rd. No key for the safe box, i had to carry my stuff to and from the reception everyday. 4th. Too slow service room, i asked for the iron machine in the morning and got it at night, also give them a laundry on tuesday morning and got it on thursday noon they said it only need one day. It was strange to know that they dont serve Empty Glasses & Plates as a Management Policy. It was a strange and very odd situation when I heared that Having a guest in my room. The restaurant was very slow with limited offering. Cold room Hot water came late. No locks for the bathroom. Taps are not firm, moves all around while drawing water. Needs more cleaning inside the bathroom. Need a soap tray or shampoo trays in the bathroom. Facility needs more maintenance. Dust on the bed sides, towel of grey color. Location is so far from everything and you will need a taxi to go anywhere (minimum 3 JDs). No places to eat around the hotel and this also requires a taxi. Buffet is in a dark room underground. The bathroom was only separated by plexiglass, I like more privacy. The hotel staff need more practice they need some employees to help the guest in carrying they bags and the rooms are not clean enough. 1.No clothhanger 2. only 1 towel for 2 pers. 3. plates and cups outside the rooms for many hours 4. call at midnight to ask if we want a taxi next morning to 35 JD which is double the price, and the wake up call resulted in that we did not sleep. In the morning they did not know how to take payment from a creit card. Horrible all together. Unexperienced staff. Poor service. U have to inform housekeeping to clean the room nd change the sheets otherwise they wont ive never seen anything like it. If u r lucky they will answer u after 3-4 hours. Breakfast is very poor. No room service at night. Shower sometimes didnt have hot water sink always floods with water... Its a strange place. Staff is incompetent. Hotel looks old, but was just recently built. Lots of noise from workers. Nothing to do with 4 star. I would definetely not recomend to stay there. There are way better options ( for example toledo hotel). The safe was broken One of the faucets was broken One of the bathroom hoses was leaking and the floor was full of water There was no hot water The refrigerator was broken. Hotel should not have been open fr business and was like a building g site. Bathroom is misrabul, the room so mess and housekeeping so bad. Very cold in the night without warm conditions in the rooms. The duche seems to be good but the hand duche completly broken. The Hygiene. Access from road to reception is by stairs. Beware the heavy luggage holders. Furnishings very tired, room smelled,cleaning poor, bathroom damp and grimy, shower poor and dirty, no plug in basin, loo leaked, front of house evening staff unfriendly, overcharged. The extremely poor quality of service.... Staff just want to rip off their customers! we have paid everything twice the price because the staff was taking a commission (taxi for a simple fair to the city or to go to the Israeli border, drinking water, etc...). The bathroom needs maintenance / the Flush is dranning water wiuthout stop / the sink is not Fixed in the wall / The Night club upstairs is very Noisy / very Expensive. No hot water Not clean Bathroom needs reconstruction Small bed. Rooms were nothing like the pics, had to move three times, room still wasn't what I booked and paid for,. No Visa service. Payment in advance in cash.
