location, clean, quiet, facilities, comfortable room, budget friendly quite a gem to find it on this price with such location, plus they take major cards. Staff very friendly and obliging. Very well located - close to subway and all major attractions. Basic but quiet,clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location, close to subway and train services. The price and the location. Staff Location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The younger ones know english. The rooms are small but then I guess most Japanese hotels are but it was clean, had most things you need; aircon, fridge, kettle, private bathroom with soaps and shampoo. Price & location. check out is 10am?? no wifi on rooms. - Room very small and old (but we are in Tokyo and at this price, one cannot expect too much). Not much facilities. No wifi in room. Kitchen very dirty. Window was facing a high wall within 1 meter, so no daylight in the room. Non-smoking room smelled smoky (the non-smoking sign was an easily removable card on the door). Nothing. Room is small as Japanese standard. smoky corridor on some occasions, noise from window outside. Nothing all great. Wi-fi only in lobby. 只有一樓有WIFI 客人都要在一樓使用的話～空間明顯不夠坐. It was really very basic. don't bother with the english breakfast. Not too good.best go out for brekky. The room did stink of ciggies so they should not allow people to smoke in rooms. Rooms are very small. The washy-bum toilet didn't work.
