Hostel Komatsu Ueno is very nice place . And very transport convinience. Owner take care very good i think come back again. Great location, basic room and facilities. Good place to rest after solid days of exploring Tokyo!. Very good hospitality. The attention. Great place if you want to find cheap place for couple of nights, owners are very nice and there is a traditional bathroom in the basement.
