Friendly staff, had bathroom for private use.comfortable twin mattress on the floor so good for travellers not accustomed to sleeping on floor. Lovely inn with very comfortable rooms, a nice lounge, good Western breakfast and friendly staff. Location is perfect, within easy walking distance of station and main sights. We love the private lobby on the second floor, where we were able to chat and work using the Internet. The WIFI here is fabulous! The hotel staff are also exceptional. Good location, friendly staff, spacious Japanese style room with comfy futon. Heaters provided in room - was pretty cold in March. Would recommend. Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. Comfortable futons and own bathroom and toilet. Traditional Japanese house. Very confortable. English communication was not problematic. We had to sit on the floor which was uncomfortable. Nothing - it was all terrific!!!!!. Nothing to dislike. The breakfast must be ordered the day before obtain a coupon but nobody thought of telling us, so we had to go outside to have breakfast. This should be mentioned when you check in.
