The location is super great. Right beside the Chosenji Lake. I can watch the lake outside my window. The room is very big and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly. There is a nice shared onsen, free and comfortable.
The hotel's location, right between the bus station and Lake Chuzenji, makes it a perfect spot for exploring all of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. Hotel staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.all reviews »
The location is very good, near the lake Chuzenji and kegon falls. Food is good and staff is friendly. It is better to stay here more than one night.

excellent and we really enjoy it.
It's in the prime location, near Chuzenji Lake. The breakfast is great. There is combination of Japanese food and western food. The bakery is also good.
Super location.
This hotel seems to be a little bit old. The facilities are old fashioned, with some signs of aging. The biggest problem is that I can hardly find a usable power outlet.
We were hoping to stop in the hotel bar after dinner for an evening drink and didn't realize how early everything closed! Next time we'll know better.
Traveling to other tourist attractions is not easy. i need to wait for the bus, which take a long time.
Breakfast selection was a little limited (but ok).
Wifi is available only near lobby. Hotel prices are person and quite pricey as compare with facility.
Needs better upkeep.
