10-15 minutes walk from Verona Porta Nuova railway station. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Super location with excellent views of Castelvecchio. Small breakfast available in superb modern cafe/bar across the road, with choice of drinks upon request. Supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk on Via dei Mutilati, should you wish to make your own meals using the kitchen area in the apartment.

Being offered a little flat nicely decorated came as a surprise as wehad expected one room. Excellent living/kitchen adjoining room where wecould prepare light meals if you wanted to as well as relax in front ofnice size tv screen. Unlike the hotel, the cafe staff are rather surly and unfriendly - stressing that we should have one drink and one croissant only. Had they been more pleasant, we would have bought extra. Fruit juice!. wish there was a dryer in addition to the washer. we got wet from the rain, and it would have been nice to toss them in the dryer since we didn't have enough time to hang dry them. no staff after 20.00. the apartments were full of all you would need for a long stay, but to reach the bathroom those sleeping in the sitting room had to pass through the master bedroom. Difficulty of finding suitable car parking, though this is not surprising in the city centre.A kettle would have been useful, and the chairs were a little too low and uncomfortable. Water pressure in my shower was very weak.We were unable to use the in appartment kitchen faciities due to the short length of our stay and were booked BandB. We did not appreciate being given a token to breakfast at a cafe some 200m away. Booked car parking space failed to materialise. Morning staff manner! Incredible! Conflicting information about the room rate ended up costing me an additional 65 Euro in the morning!.
