Very good location, Kind staff, good value for money. Our family are very impressed by this hotel. It's surrounding neighborhood, and it's ease of access to Venice's attractions.Close to main attractions. Place. We stayed in one of the apartments in the Jewish Quarter. The area was great, the streets where quiet at night and not so crowded during the day. This area is less touristy which was nice. The apartment was clean and had a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. A charming small hotel within easy walking distance from the station a; a very good base from which to explore Venice.good location: only 5 minuts walking from the railway station and parking on Piazzale Roma. very friendly staff. the hotel is in very nice ancient building, very warm atmosphere, there are all facilities for cooking and for tea and espresso. the staff were very nice and the room was very good within walking distance to all the great spots.Great value for money and would definately stay there again.Very unusual room, convenient and quiet place on the small channel. Vicinity Piazzale Roma,Quietness. great location!. For Venice I think the price was really good and the rooms nice. The view from the room was very pretty!. location: easy to walk around venice, near the railway station, the main bus stop and gran canale. I liked the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. It's very difficult to find it, even police central station could not find nether the street not the hotel with such a name. The street does not exist in GPS navigation – it’s Venice. The hotel is located in the private house, and the only way to find it is to read carefully instructions kindly sent by hotel staff immediately after the booking confirmation. The Breakfast. It was difficult to find the hotel especially for someone who has never been to Venice before. There was only one small sign indicating where the sottoportegio Ca D'ario was. If we arrived at night, we would never have found the place. You need to make the signs bigger. The air-conditioning was bad. We could never get it to work properly which led to a very hot room.No kettle!. breakfast. The towels provided were strange, more like table cloths. I still doubt the safety of leaving keys stuck to the front of the door as a safe or secure means of passing keys to clients. I would prefer the owner arrange a time to personally hand the keys over. The rooms were quite small and pokey, although still representing good value for Venice. My room was just a few steps away from the reception, so privacy is affected. The shower was very small.hard bed, flat pillows and no buffet breakfast. abcense of breakfast. It was mentioned that the rooms have air condition equipment. But when we reached the hotel, the aircon was not working. No fans were provided. It was the month of June and Venice was really hot. In this place, there is the only one toilet that does not work!!!.

From Piazzale Roma:
Walk towards the Hotel Santa Chiara, cross the bridge just behind it and take a left. Cross the second bridge and turn immediately right, following the canal. Take the 2nd narrow street to your left (Campo della Lana), walk until the very end of it and turn right (on the corner by the shop). Walk straight on until you come to a little bridge, where there is a newspaper kiosk. Do not cross it but turn to your right and walk onto Sottoportego de Cà Dario. Once you turn into the courtyard to your left will find Residenza Cà Dario.
By Train:
From S. Lucia station:
Cross the bridge (Degli Scalzi) in front of you and turn right onto the Fondamenta S. Simone Piccolo, then immediately turn left before the church into Calle Nuova S. Simone.
- Follow the street keeping left until you reach a little bridge, where there is a newspaper kiosk. Do not cross it but turn to your right and walk onto Sottoportego de Cà Dario. Once you turn into the courtyard to your left will find Residenza Cà Dario.
