great staff, very nice room, very clean, very close to the centre although Venice is quite small so everything is within walking distance. An absolutely amazing experience. the rooms were very nice and the staff was extremely friendly. at first it was very cold in the room but i guess it was because we didn´t know how to use the heating system probably. finally we figured it out. the location was great and we enjoyed ou stay very much. clean and beautiful.

An excellent location Despite having problems on the first night, when we had no heating in the room, on the second day they provided us a much better room. Everything was great. Bad reviews about the hotel are unfounded.On the first night they had put us on a room with no heating beside the stairs. That room wasn't soundproof so the noise from people walking outside was unbearable. We complained and on the second day thay provided us a much better room. It is a little difficult to find.Being shig=fted to a remote location--in spite of a very early reservation--to serve a later group. Breakfast could be better.Micro size elevator, Hard to use shower: there is no shower curtain so water spills all over the place and you do not know what to with it !. breakfast could by better. Nothing. Everything OK. Hard to find! There are two streets the same name not far from each other and at night it took a little while to find! Google only picks up the wrong one.Between the first and the second days they didn't clean at all the bathroom, and I suppose the roome too. breakfast is so terrible. breakfast was very plain and bland - could have been much better. poor breakfast. Our room was exactly near the reception, so we could listen everything.., poor breakfast. There should be a kettle in the room.sometimes there is not enough table for breakfast in the morning and having to line up and variety of breakfast is limited. And the reception not easily accessible from where we stayed. It was very difficult to find. There was no toilet paper in the room - we had to ask for it. We arrived back at the hotel early evening to find the door locked and a notice on the bell saying back in a few minutes - actually we waited for 10 minutes. The lift is minute and very very slow.
