although the guesthouse's entrance is located in a funny little alleyway, and you have to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs yourself (no lift), our room was big and comfortable. We liked the location. Although it was a bit of a walk away from the main attractions (ie San Marco & Rialto bridge), the walk isn't too far and we liked that we could get away from all the tourists in the evening. Also, the guesthouse is located next to a vibey piazza where all the artsy locals hang out, so . all reviews »
This hotel was fairly close to everything. Hotel was close to a square with many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and air conditioned. Room was not fancy but was fine and the hotel was a good value. Staff did not speak English but were still nice.
the staff is so friendly and if not for them i wouldnt have stayed 7 days, once they found out i dont touch their
brakefast they bought me avokado and proper bread.
i liked the location however it would help to put a sign out in the street.
Very welcoming reception, with nice and useful things like free water in
the fridge (and clear info on the fact that it is free) and a small city
center map with the road to St Marco drawn by the hotel owner.
Great location..english speaking staff...near large open space (campo san margerita) in which many stores available. One known halal food sells kebab, pizza, etc close to the campo.
Great location, a wonderful 20 minute walk from St Mark's square. Very clean room! Fantastic breakfast, delicous cakes and yummy hot chocolate.

i didnt like what they give for breakfast , i didnt like not having wifi in my room and no one to talk to after 14;00.
WiFi is for free but available only from reception, which is closed
during most part of the day. Since the hotel is small, the amount of
food at breakfast is not unlimited. But it still enough, and you have
right to ask for more coffee.
Walk from terminal with cases as too many hump back bridges but that's Venice. A little hard to find we walked right past the entrance, better sign would help.
Breakfast is simple, no reception after 2pm.
