What people say
The hotel was located right on the lakeside, in the middle of Tremezzo and had a lakeside dining terrace and also a small garden.
It was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful & friendly.

Located within 5 minute walk of Villa Carlotta and across the road from the waterfront A 5 minutes walk to ferry pier for easy access to other parts of lake, directly across lake from Bellagio.
Good breakfast, good view from restaurant. Good evening dinner. Clean.
Lovely staff,
Excellent location
Restaurant known for quality.
View of Lake Como.
The bath was designed for midgets - but it did the job!.
As you leave the reception area the stairs and rooms are v clean but tired but great views and comfy beds.
traffic noise at times a bit strong.
Can be tricky to park at busy times-no private space.
A bit noisy.
Noisy from downstairs bar midweek til past 2am.
Small bathroom with hand held shower over tiny bath with no shower curtain & not set up to stand under. Room was old and basic but clean and everything worked, a good budget hotel in this area.
Room cold, but we were when they had just re-opened after the winter break on 1 March. Bathroom cramped and basic, but everything worked.
Just old.
Beware, bathroom miniscule- toilet constantly leaking water and loose on its base. Could touch all 4 walls without moving. Sit in 1/2th bath for shower.
Noisy til 1pm on Friday night.
(hence backpackers special but pricey).
Rooms were too small and very basic. Bathroom was extremely small - so much so that it was impossible to have a proper shower which was over a bath not but bigger than a kitchen sink!!.
