Very friendly staff. The hotel is in a residential area in a grand old building with a lovely garden. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a snack and coffee machine in the lobby with cheap good coffee and drinks.
The position is excellent, very near to the most important rome areas, the staff is very friendly and polite! The room is very simple and small but cleaned.

Good location in quiet neighbourhood. Basic but clean. Quiet hotel. Spacicous rooms. Nice green garden around hotel.
The towels have seen better days. They were quite threadbare and mine had a hole it in. You had to hold the shower head to stop it spraying water all over the bathroom, which made washing one's hair a little tricky. But these are minor complaints. Overall a great place to stay!.
