The staff were very friendly and helped us with information like which buses to catch to the centre etc. This hotel has free parking and wi-fi which is why I chose it. Although its out of the centre, a bus and a metro for €1.50 (100 minute ticket) will get you there in 40 minutes. Located outside of Rome, quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good directions given to the bus stop and metro station. Good variety of hot and cold foods at breakfast buffet. Excellent restaurant nearby which staff will telephone to make a reservation.
all reviews » We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Staff was kind, room was clean and very comfortable, parking is free. Coffee was very good in the morning and the restaurant near (La Carovana Pazza) has very good Pizza! Supermarket is just few steps away. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and its room decor. Hotel located in a nice quiet residential area of Rome, a bit far from the centre of the city, however there is a good transport connection. Great hotel with really nice design, but pretty hard to find. Took us more than 1,5 hours to find it but afterall realized that it takes only 30 min to get to the center. Also breakfast was great!. Very friendly and helpful English speaking receptionists, comfortable and clean rooms. Everything is the same as in their pictures. Easy access to the centre with only a short bus and metro ride. - Very clean hotel - Staff spoke good English and was very helpful with everything we asked - decent breakfast - reasonable size rooms - windows that open (which in unheard of in North America). It was much better than we expect. Clean, comfortable and smooth. Breakfast was good. It is also very easy to get to center. Just 558 bus to subagusta metro station and spagna stop by metro. The only thing that we didn't like was the poor quality of wi-fi connection provided by the hotel. We stayed in the last room towards the end of the hotel, and there was very poor signal in the room if hardly any. The breakfast was a little bit simple. - It is not that we did not like, it is more like a bit of inconvenience: distance to the city center. It takes somewhere between 45 minutes to 1 hour to get there, depending on how frequent bus 814 runs. Distance from city center waking. But we knew this in advance and had no problem taking the bus and Megro. Far from the city center of Rome. A little far from the city but if you have a car it is no problem. small tub. wifi was sometimes hard to work, a more simple wifi would be better. logging in every single time on every single device is annoying. awful breakfast! same thing every day, and very few things to chose from and also of very poor quality. You can hear everything that happens next door and above rooms , plus corridors and doors No swimming pool. shower on the bathtub really slippery,long way to city,wifi always a problem except at lobby,breakfast is really basic (maybe because is free?? )but if you drive will be no problem at all. way too far from the airport - 65 euro for taxi. bad isolation: we hear everything that happens in the other rooms or corridors. Wifi signal was poor in the room. And the breakfast was poor similar to other hotels in Italy. The wifi connection wasn't so effective. To far to city center. Too far to city center. Internet connection wasn't that good. Wi-fi not working in the room, despite mentioned in the hotels presentation. Quite far from public transport by walking (meaning metro, we didnt try busses or else). Location is very inconvenient particularly for tourists. Water spilled out from the bath tub directly entered the room. The bar was just a room with a sofa and 1 chair and never open. The "restaurant" was only open from Monday to Thursday. Computer difficulties was a daily thing. location is too far and hard to find. Staffs are not well trained for hotel management. Remote from the city Modest dining facility and kitchen. Limited choices for breakfast. far from the city center.
