We just returned from our trip to Rome and stayed at the lovely Hi-Suite and felt we needed to share our experiences. As soon as we arrived the lovely Pierluigi offered us an upgrade to a larger apartment but it was unnecesarily big for us so we stuck with our orginal one! The apartments themselves are fitted to a very high level of specification and despite being in an old building have all the mod cons. all reviews » We loved the excellent, super friendly helpful staff. The apartment we stayed in was huge! -3 levels! The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious with a large ensuite. Our family all had ample, comfortable space to relax in a clean, fresh modern design. The HiSuite is in a great spot in central Rome, very convenient and short walking distance to major sites with really good restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were great on recommending really yummy places to eat and helpful assisting wi. We were two couples and rented a 2 bedroom apartment in the Piazza Navona area of Rome. We loved it! The location was perfect, the apartment spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We need to give a special mention to Pierluigi who could not do enough for us. We were given a gift of a Guide Book of Rome on arrival and a lovely Cookbook on Roman Cuisine on our departure. Thank you to all at HiSuite Rome for making our stay so memorable! We wil. Very clean room with modern furnishing. Spacious bathroom with modern and new amenities. You have your own private entrance and are feet away from shops and restaurants. It's about 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican and/or Navona Square. The customer service is excellent. One has a small kitchen with 2 electrical burners, small refrigerator, dishes and a Nesspresso machine. The place is furnished with 2 flat screen TV's, free internet. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5 m. Hisuiterome is a superb combination of comfort and style while in the oldest part of Rome. The apartments are beautifully furnished with every comfort required for a lovely stay. Though the street is quiet, it is in an area with lots of local bars, cafes and restaurants as well as local shops and very easy to walk to every Roman site worth visiting. We received a very warm welcome from the owners of this wonderfully chic and very central apartment suite. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, surrounded by little restaurants and shops and walking paths and very close to Piazza Navona. This was an excellent place; a good value in old Rome. I think adding a few kitchen utensils and pots would be sensible. There is a small business across the way that starts very early every morning and one can hear the vehicles arrive and the people working. On some evenings the chattering from people from the restaurant below can be heard. It's not intrusive and if you're used to living in the city, it should not be a big deal. A little noisy at night. restaurants nearby can be a bit noisy but that is rome as expect dinner to go to midnight. Nothing at all. It is noisy as is on a narrow street with several restaurants. We didn't mind the noise but it might bother some people. The safe didn't work. The price for the extra bed was not specified on letsbookhotel.com I thought it was a bit pricey for just bed linen used on a sofa bed (50 euros). Sconsigliato unicamente a chi ha problemi con le scale, essendo la suite su due piani. Can't think of a thing. Wi-Fi in our apartment was not working properly causing some inconvenience. Nothing. It is a little bit far from the major attractions, colosseum, forum romano, piazza di spagna and so on. But is near to piazza navona. Didn't bother us too much, but you are in the middle of a living city environment, and there is a bit of noise from the street, at least until the local restaurants close. Bring your own hair dryer, there is one but it is fixed in the bathroom and not great. I didn't like that they charged 50 euro extra for an additional person that there was room and accomidations for per night. It would be nice to have a little breakfast. Rolls etc. Nothing. Bit of evening noise from restaurant 5 metres from front door, but not a significant issue. Nothing. Nothing. We had a perfect stay. Some English language tv stations would be nice. -Shower in the appartment was leaking -The towels were only changed once in 3 nights.
