Most helpful staff-especially front desk (helping me to stay in the sort of quite and large room that I would prefer and advising me good for value excellent restaurants that locals enjoy) and 'concierge' ready to help with anything you ask. The fact that this hotel is not like one of those factory like five star hotels which look utterly impersonal. Every customer is treated like he is the most important one in the hotel. all reviews » Perfect location in Rome . Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and dedinitely a must. Views of Rome from hotel were breathtaking . A must stay when visiting Rome. Maybe I could mention that the restaurant above (I forgot its name) is far too expensive but after all its not obligatory to go there !!. I didn't really like breakfast at all. It was included in our room, but it really wasn't very good. And another small thing: the hair blow dryer was not up to par. Otherwise: top marks !. a bit old and the double bed could be bigger. Nothing. The Internet should be more open not restricted to specific devices. Lobby is very small. Not applicable--nothing to dislike. Not great choices for meals No onsite store. The only minus-bad Internet. Staff very unresponsive. Only the concierge. Food and beverage was expensive. No Pool. Breakfast is not very rich. "Deluxe" room cramped, especially considering the rate Night staff unfriendly (passively aggressive) In-room dining options ridiculously expensive (light breakfast would easily amount to 100 euros) Hotel bicycles barely serviceable. At 2am in one of the rooms on our floor there was a quarrel lasting for at least 30 min. The personal did nothing to restore the peace in the hotel and let other guests sleep. Old and smelly rooms, front desk clerks are full of themselves. Hotel is next to Spanish steps, but that is where all the souvenir peddlers are swarming.. Don't waist your money.
