Very comfortable, pleasant rooms, great location, and fabulously helpful staff. This isn't a high class hotel; it's homely, and I'd much rather have that.

Excellent location and extremely friendly staff! If you are searching for some very italian atmosphere I think this is a place for you.

Very good location, near the Colloseo and metro station. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, cosy, romantic, yet with modern facilities. We share the experience of a specific Roman dinner in a small trattoria near the hotel. Delicious!!

Everything was above our expectations! It was a small detail we didin't like...Because our room was situated in a brand new location, 20 m away from the old one, the kitchen was not ready to receive guests and we were having breakfast in the old location every morning....Yet, Rome was astonishing!!!

The housekeeper Radha was very friendly. The location of the B&B is excelent and close to the Colloseum and other places to visit. The price is fair.

First day, I stay in a good room but the shower was terrible (water came out more from the shower hose that from the shower and the drain was clogged and box flooded). Second day, Radha moved me to another room downstairs. Excelent room and perfect shower! I would return just to stay in this room!

The bed was the most comfortable of the four places we stayed, and the breakfast was the most varied and filling. Though she didn't speak English, Rada was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Despite the corny name, the place was great!

We absolutely loved everything about our accommodation. The nicest hosts i've ever seen, stylish spotless spacious room, lovely roof terrace looking out to Collosseo. It exceeded all our expectations! Thank you, Valentina and Daniele!

Lovely B&B style room, very quiet. Helpful staff but do not speak much English. Breakfast ok.

Street side apartments get noisy... Otherwise no complaints.

When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown to our quarters across the street in another building. Once inside, I felt as if I was walking through the corridors of a museum, absolutely beautiful! On our floor was a guests' common area complete with kitchen facilities, balconies, and our separate secured room. The rooms were extremely clean, well designed and comfortable. The owners and staff were very helpful. When we experienced a situation after hours and needed immediate assistance, we had someone at our door within half an hour. The location is within walking distance to the colloseum, great restaurants and hop on / hop off bus transportation. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty, giving some time to meet other guests and hear of their adventures. I would highly recommend Eats and Sheets and look forward to returning some day.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good with a superb cappuccino, the location is the best!! Close to Restaurants and bars, Metro Station and the Colosseum.

It helps if you can speak italian.

Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good. Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.

Slight language barrier. Slightly difficult to find at first. We had an issue with the door lock for our room which we did not understand (deadbolt had 5 levels which we had never come across before so we could not work out how to open it and so were locked out for ca. 30 minutes!) once we learned that all was fine.

Breakfast was very tasty (meats, cheeses, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, pasteries, multiple beverage options), room was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful(assisted me with how to get from the airport to the hotel via email beforehand) Location is about 5-10 minutes from the coloseum. Thanks :)

We had trouble unlocking our door. It locked securely but the locking mechanism is not what I'm used to. The staff was helpful in assisting us and we finally figured it out, haha.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Location excellent.

A mini-fridge would have been an excellent addition so we could have used the balcony more often with a quiet drink after site seeing.

The location was excellent. Near the Subway, as well as the colosseum. Staff greeted me, as well as sent me an email before i arrived asking if i needed any kind of assistance. Everyone there was kind and friendly and very helpful.

Location was great, easy to get there. Breakfast was complete. Internet was free and the room was clean. Bed an pillows were really comfortable for a b&b.

We received a noisy bedroom. Really small and across the "reception" so we could hear everything. The staff is only available for breakfast and they don't speak English. Also you don't have a contact number to reach in case you need it. For us it was too expensive, we expected more.
