The hotel was VERY clean, immaculate even. It was in a good location next to a metro stop, but also in a part of town a lot of tourists don't stay in, which gave a great experience!
The shared kitchen can get annoying if you happen to share with loud guests in the morning.
Our flight to Rome was delayed for two hours and arrived at Cleopatra B&B around 1AM. The room keeper was kind enough to check us in. The rooms are fully furnished, with pillows, towels and air conditioner. The kitchen is full with food and toiletries, which my mom really appreciated. The area is generally safe but looks a little sketchy. It's very accessible to Ostiense Station (to/from Fiumucino Airport) and Piramide Station (metro).
