The place is a real bed&breakfast, where one stays in a private appartment. The room is large and nicely furnished, with private bath and everything included to prepare your own breakfast in the room. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Friendliness of the host. Flexibility when my plane was 5 hours late. Location - close to buses into town. Little food market. Restaurants. Walk to Gianicolo.
