Very helpful staff and ideal location.Centre of town was only afew minutes walk. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely pool areato relax in. Excellent location at Riva Del Garda. Nice modern hotel. Nothing applicable. well, that you can park your car in front of the hotel's entrance for free but if you want to park it in the hotel's own garage downstairs you gotta pay 8 E's, didn't make much sense ...Thin walls between the rooms!. The standard room was small and depressing (grey color, no pictures). Due to our short stay we were unable to book into some of the activities - all booked out - suggest booking ahead. Hairdryer; room rather spartan; facilities available could have beenadvertised better. The location is a bit far from the centre or Riva (restaurants,shops, etc.). rooms are a little small but at the end of the day its just somewhere to sleep. Quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms as walls must be thin. noise from road, doun't working aer condition,too fare from tour sites. Staff were not very informative on arrival about the area and activities. Rooms were basic and small but clean.The hotel bed was rather squeaky and the walls paper thin we could hear the people next door turning in their squeaky bed and using the toilet. Walls are very thin.The bed (hardness of mattrass). 30 minutes walk from town centre. Staff handled complaints badly.Much too far from centre of Riva. Extremely noisy especially around the pool where the only division between it and the busy road was a hedge. No snacks obviously available at lunchtimes. This hotel claimed to be a four star hotel. Given the facts this hotel is not more worth than three stars. The room is small and the beds feels like concrete.The room was tiny, twin beds, the view was of a wall. We had planned to saty 2 nights but checked out after one, the staff were also very unfriendly.
