The friendliness, helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The large and varied choice of food for breakfast. The lovely room we had with a balcony from which we could see the lake. This hotel is impeccably clean, a 2 min. Walk from the park-like beachpromenade, and 15 min. Walk from the centre. The breakfast buffet isvery good.Staff were extremely helpful, Hotel was lovely and quiet, pool was spotless and no problem getting a sun lounger. Was a short walk into the centre of town, loads of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Cleaners were in every day.
