The receptionist was friendly and helpful; the manager went above and beyond the call of duty to help me (I had received a disturbing e-mail about my house upon arrival and couldn't navigate their hotel computer. The manager was very accommodating, and ultimately, I sent an e-mail out and the issue at my house was taken care of.) Management was very thoughtful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Although it seems that it islocated opposite the tower of Pisa, it is only at 20 -25 minutes, andgives you the opportunity to know the city on foot. The breakfast isgreat, it is buffet. And it is located near near the train station,and the bus station that can transport you to the airport GalileoGalilei (pisa).

Around 20 minute walk to main tourist attractions. Much nicer than the other one we had to stay at when our flight was cancelled!. No complaints! Good location near train station.Well placed for the station and easy access fro the airport by bus or train. No buses or trains before 6am in the morning therefore a taxi needed for early flights. very nice and clean room, within a few minutes to the train/bus station (but you won't hear anything from the station). I returned because it is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the place is clean and it is good value for money. Not so many places to eat locally though still some choice. You're better off finding your own breakfast elsewhere, pre packed croissants and bad coffee isn't really the proper Italian experience. perhaps location in side street, but as previously stated extremely convenient for staion and sights. carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced. The breakfast was disappointing. Although there was a huge amount of food available, the coffee was very poor and most of the food was pre-packaged and disagreeable. The cereals, rolls and butter and apples were good. I would have sacrificed all other choices for some really good coffee. Building works and scaffolding within inches of room, with workmen directly outside window during the day. This made privacy difficult and noise unbearable when we returned to room for afternoon break.Bed a bit hard. Fresh coffee was available but only the machine coffee was offered, which my husband could not drink. We eventually realised that other guests were asking for the espresso coffee.The breakfast was not great.....packaged breads/cakes, cereal and yogurt. Staff struggles to speak in english.There was no information on places of interest to visit - no leaflets, nothing - and the staff were too busy to help with this. Steep steps going up to lobby made carrying cases up slightly difficult.Breakfast (which was included) was ordinary but ok, 20 minutes walking from the tower (we did not care, but be warned!). Breakfast not great (pre-packaged foods), staff a little stern. Efficient staff, but a bit grumpy!. no room service. Breakfast was strictly continental. Not alot to offer. For the price we paid, there should be unternet.
