Towels made of some thin material.
No staff available. Breakfast simply appalling...2 pre-packed tasteless croissants, a tea bag and no milk. Kiddie cartons for juice. A fan that made little difference. Very, very expensive for no facilities. No one there for checkout. Nowhere near any shops...20 mins walk. Lethal low bed frame that virtually filled the room, that was so easy to crack your shin on. Pokey, uninviting and not up to the standard I expect from your selection.
