This is our second visit here. Located only 2km from Montepulciano. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful lights of the town which is on a hillside. The ower of this place is absolutely lovely, trying to encourage us to learn Italian. She always made us feel like we were at home.

Warm and friendly hosts, spacious room and veranda, close to the city (if you have a car) but on nice and quiet location. Great value for money.
Clean, beautiful views, welcoming. Nothing to complain about. Wish I head booked more nights. Close to Montepulciano ( a few minutes drive).

The staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Breakfast was very simple. It was difficult to find as the sign at the main road had been removed.
Couldn't really walk into montepulciano as the road was dangerous and nowhere to get off the road.
