Elisa, the innkeeper is the perfect host. She very friendly and helpful in every respect.
We locked ourselves out of the room and she was there immediately to assist us. She treated us like we were special guests. Clean room in good location near Airport bus station. Excellent breakfast.

Everything, especially La Signora, Elisa, who welcomed me as if I were a guest in her home.
She was friendly and solicitous, nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely B&B, Elisa was so friendly and helpful. Amazing location. We
were given a 2 bedroom room with a terrace, felt very italian and grand.
Breakfast was plentyful and more than I would expect for a B&B. I
would definitely recommend to friends travelling to Lucca.
We were thrilled with our host. Elisa was welcoming, cheerful, friendly and wanted us to have the best stay possible. The local of the accommodation was perfect for our needs and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy.
Very well positioned within the walls, close to the airport bus

restaurants etc. She was keen to address any of our needs and make the
stay very enjoyable (she even got a plug for the bath!).

Quaint B&B with very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast for the size of this B&B. We actually had a two bedroom suite even though there was only 2 of us.
ELISA was so helpful Friendly and could not have done more to help us. She even met us at the city gate to guide our car to the B&B.
Elisa welcomed us so warmly. The room was simple but comfortable and was so handy for the bus terminus. Breakfast pastries - delicious.

Shower was small.
No place to take breakfast when the weather is poor (as it was when we were there). The garden terrace was awash. So it was served on a tray in our room. However it was a lovely breakfast!.

The rooms are rundown and dirty. The bedroom, above all the shower, has actually never been properly cleaned. The bed is old and got pain in my back the morning after. We decided not to stay and left the b&b after one night. This is way too expensive for eat it is.
