Not easy to purchase food nearby to use in room. Entrance and corridors too dark at night.

Proximity to city.

The bulding is very old and has been bautifully remodelled but there is very little sound-proofing and noise is very evident from adjoining areas of the hotel. Be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

the location was perfec- right in the middle of the old town yet quiett! The decor delightful, the king sized bed huge , the wee kitchen area lovely

just a suggestion ..getting in at night would be easier with a light outside in the street

Pleasant and friendly service, beautiful room, well situated would lovedto have stayed for more than one night.

Need better instructions on how to find it. Street not written onTourist maps. Worth telling people in advance with cars approximatelyhow much car park fees are and where it will be staying overnight ieStation. No kettle for coffee. Couldnt find the lightswitch to turn offhall lights near our door so it wasnt dark enough to get good sleep.

Central, and easy to use. clean and pleasant with helpful staff. We had the Butterfly apartment which was fine for 3 adults. No lift but as we only had hand luggage this was fine. The facilities were of good standard apart from the comments below. Nice big bathroom with plenty of towels and a hair dryer. pretty decoration in Tuscan style - and an excellent base for exploring other places on bus.

additional key card which works the lights would have helped as it meant if one person needed to go out with card it would leave apartment in the dark - but in fairness we didn't ask for an extra card. Unfortunately the shower sill was not fixed which meant the water ran out all over the bathroom floor - we reported this. The bathroom could do with additional hooks and shelves - but minor faults.

Centrally located apartment. Clean and convenient rooms. Kind and helpful staff.

Had to ask for linen and make up the sofa bed on arrival. The separated living room (sofa bed) for second guest is only really be suitable for a child as there is little privacy, having the only access to the bathroom and the glass door room-divider only went half way to the ceiling.

Very noisy at night - paper thin doors that didn't really fit! Don't even think about having breakfast there - Very small room so big ques and it looked rubbish.

The location is ideal - right in the middle of the old town. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Huge old room but unfortunately furnished with cheap, rather tacky modern furniture and a minimally equipped kitchen, also rather gloomy. The room was described as being an apartment and able to sleep four - however it was basically just one room with a room divider at mid-height. In view of all of this it was quite expensive - the most expensive room we had in our whole trip in Italy.
