The hotel room was amazing. It had a unique and spacious layout and we especially loved the rooftop terrace. The staff member Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly and provided effective communication before our arrival. We really appreciated the nice touch of the breakfast basket. Also, the location was perfect and it was nice to be in walking distance to all the main attractions in Firenze but still have a great view.
