Very close from the Ponte Vecchio, and the others importans place in Florence. Very nice service.

Great staff (recommended really nice restaurants), great location (2 min ponte vecchio, 1 min piazza della Signoria, 5 min Duomo, 10 min train station, food and museums al around). Confy and quite room.

The staff was incredible!!! everyone was so kind and accommodating. you could tell they loved florence and were very happy to share with you suggestions, tips, and itineraries. By far my favorite experience in Italy!!! Beautiful room and very very clean. I felt safe and in the heart of everything… i look forward to going back and staying here again!! I am join g to bring my friends and have only spoken good things about this place!

Good lacation near the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi, it's looks new and the facilities are modern and clean. Big room and very comfortable. Street views and I like it very much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street.

The hotel is in an excellent location, couldn't be better! The rooms have been recently renovated to a very high standard and is excellent value for money. The location is key with this hotel!

The hotel is really new, everything is new and clean, the location is awesome , you can walk everywhere, the staff is friendly and they did a few pretty good recomendations for restaurants and places to go.

I was at the 6 floor, so the room cleaning was late the next day. But still being pretty good.

The hotel has a perfect location, more than perfect, the room is very comfortable and clean, the staff is very helpful I really recommend this hotel if u want to go to Florence

The location was beyond our expectations...Incredible! The staff went above and beyond professionalism, and helpfulness. Our room, 503, was simply, perfect. We will be back...

The complimentary breakfast was a bit disappointing...no hot food, and the choices were limited.

Excellent location near Piazza di Signoria. Last night we were watching from our hotel room window the full moon beside the tower of the Palazzo Vecchio.
