The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the room was more than expected for a 2 star hotel, the breakfasts were excellent, and once again the overal value was wonderful as was the location.

Reception staff very helpful. Parking convenient. Rooms were clean. Nice to see photos of Florence everywhere. Charming.

Breakfast can be improved by offering fresh pastry, crossants and fresh fruit rather than tinned fruit.

big room, very clean, nice staff, free WiFi connection in the lobby

it is located in a place where parking is not allowed. we had to use pay-parking which was very expensive

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the hotel was quiet! We arrived very late, and the hotel made arrangements for us to collect the key. The staff had spoke English also.

The rooms are so tiny when there is one person staying they give you asingle tiny bed l asked for a bigger room with a double l had to payextra 99 % of hotels give you a double bed if there are 1 or 2 peaple

Very helpful and friendly staff

Room was not so clean and towels were not provided. Mosquitos were an annoyance. Room looked different from the one on the website and it is not as close to the train station as expected.
