Close to the train station. It accommodated us well.

Not a typical hotel environment. No ground level entry and I was surprised at that.

The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. The size of the bathroom is just nice and clean with shower door. The room has air conditioning which allow us to switch from heater and cool. It's very quiet at night. Over all, very satisfied with our stay.

Don't expect a breakfast cafe, as the hotel is a small one, the breakfast is set up at the hallway and you can take whatever you want and have it in your room. The location is near to the station but the hotel is located on the top floor of a building, we over shot the hotel and have to ask around. It's located in a building opposite the Chinese restaurant.

We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.

The hallway was just a little tight but we got by. But for the value and it's location, I would say it is still a win.

The rooms were very nice and clean.

some of the staff was nice, the other wasn't helpful. I needed to print off a boarding pass and a lady told me in the morning that there would be no problem, but when I returned in the evening the gentleman on staff refused to let me use the computer.

Staff was very friendly and had no problem watching our bags for the day we checked out. The hotel was very close to the train station and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Florence. Great value.

Construction on the building made it difficult to see out the window, but I'm sure the view will be nice once construction is finished.

Comfortable beds, good simple breakfast, on site parking big enough for Dodge Journey, shampoo & soap included, elevator, friendly staff, great location, shutters on windows

TV got poor reception, construction blocked what little view there was, very simplistic (not bad per se, just important to note it's not luxurious at all)

They are remodeling and the breakfast area was in the hallway and crowded and confined. The breakfast itself was meager.

One is not in the room much in Florence, so this hotel is good for being close to all historic sights. Close to train station, but we had a car and by letting them know ahead of time, Alex, the front desk, had a parking place for us downstairs. Close to great shopping and restaurants. Views of Florence out the windows, not just a wall. All one needs to explore Florence on a budget. Elevator, felt very safe, secure rooms, Alex recommended great restaurants and tourist information. Alex greeted us with juice and cookies and made our stay so personal and fun.

Linens could be better, the rooms are quite small. It is a little worn, but Florence is one of the most visited places in the world. We got what we paid for and a main concern for us was safety. We had camera equipment and computers with us that we left in the room. Never doubted their safety for a moment.

The location is super, literally across the road from the train station and within walking distance to sights, great shopping and restaurants. Super view from rooms. Modern though small rooms.

Wifi was unreliable (network issues), not as clean as other places I stayed, main door locks at night and early morning and the staff have to come and open for you.

The staff that checked me in were very friendly. It is very nearby the train station, which is the reason I selected it due to a very early morning train departure.

I left before 7am, and the staff that checked me out were grumpy. I had stayed in several hotels before in Italy on the same trip, and the city tax that hotels are collecting is new. However, this is the only hotel that required the city tax to be paid in cash, rather than adding it to my charge card for the hotel room rate. I found this odd.

Very poor breakfast. We booked a room for 4 in one bot it looks like they fitted additional beds resulting in no place to walk around the room besides no place to keep luggage.

The Wifi was working!!!

It was not at all a good experience, the hotel is a clumsy one, with supposedly complimentary breakfast but it only had some Biscuits and Coffee. There was no water in the morning up to 10 o'clock for each of the days we stayed. It was pathetic and cannot expect as a tourist in Europe.

1. I live this hotel 3 days, I paied the expense including the wifi; however, it does not support the wifi. I told the staff, he said it was not the hotel problem. If I need the wifi, I can go to the other place using the wifi. What? 2. The breaskfast completely the packing food, really hard to eat. 3. the hotel never change the shower tower, just dry in balcony. What? 4. I never come back again. It really poor hotel.
