The place is clean and the room seemed big for a room in Italy. It's walking distance to the Duomo. There are places to eat every where. I also liked that it was close to the train station.
Location was excellent - less than five minutes from the train station. Room was a decent size, bathroom was small but new. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very central!.
Make sure you read that they aren't there before 10 am so you don't want to be waiting with your luggage. Also, you have to share a bathroom and they suggest you don't take showers before 9pm to 8 am I think. This was only a problem once when it seemed like we all woke up at the same time.
Be aware it is very difficult to find. Only a small plaque on the wall near the door, but if you know to look for it you should find it easily enough.
Staff there to greet us, but otherwise didn't see them at all (eg. at check-out).
We booked a double room for two nights, but were asked to switch rooms for the second night, which was a little inconvenient.
As a customer, I was extremely disappointed to find the hotel replaced some of our used towels but didn't replace them all. We expect to have fresh towels from day to day, that should be a daily service of what we pay for.
I did not like the fact that you cannot shower at night passed. And use the toilet and shower with 23:00 up to 07:00. In the morning when you want to dry your hair will knock at the door. The staff individually. Husband and wife run this House. Positive and friendly man, but a woman has clouded the picture.
