The hotel staff is very friendly. Although we were late for breakfast, they did not pull their face and did their best to make us feel happy. The location of the hotel is also good if you want to visit Como Lake. Although the hotel is located on the main street, the garden which is used as car park, prevents the noise from the street. Our special thanks to the owner/manager (it is a pity I do not know his name) who reccomended to us a wonderful restaurant "Garginette". Foot, service and ambiance there were incredible! Alexei.
