Really enjoyable stay, rooms very clean and spacious. Annette and Mike very hospitable, very accommodating, helpful too with guiding us in tourist things to do and see, also the breakfasts were so good, alot of variety. Lovely fresh coffee and fruit also in the mornings!! I would recommend this wee humble b&b. location brilliant for us, 5mins drive from the town, also 5mins drive from the beach and coastline! The owner of the house received us on our arrival and showed us our
rooms. They are big, clean and have all the commodities that we wanted.
The breakfast was excellent. You can choose from a menu and the owners
prepare all the ingredients in the moment. They were always concerned
and even put a note on our door reminding us of the change of the hour.
I will recommend this B&B and surely be back again.
The room was spotless,the breakfast was great and the owners were extremely warm and welcoming,aswell as being very helpful in giving directions how to get into the centre of Galway and where to park.Really,excellent value for money!.
Very clean and well taken care of. Very friendly stuff and helpful. Parking lot. Big rooms and good facilities with toiletries, 3 towels per person, coffee and tea, hair drier, fabulous breakfast.

The people.
We stayed in Kilbree for two nights during our trip around Ireland. The B&B is good, though somewhat less comfortable and luxurious compared to what we were used to get in Ireland for this price. The breakfast was great and the owners were very helpful in advising us good restaurants.
Our Hosts were very friendly and told us of places to see and things to do in the area. Gave us the name of a good restaurant and where to find free parking. Our room was big, spacious and clean. Our breakfast were both lovely.

You have to have a gps but is very close to the city center by car it
only takes like 5 minutes.
We had a car and it was convenient to approach it, but probably hard without a car.

It's too far from city center if you'd like to enjoy the nightlife without having to get a taxi. But, that also means it was nice and quiet.
No fault of the owner but you have to be careful using GPS Sat/Nav getting to Kilbree as the directions can be misleading. It is not hard to find using manual directions.

Location was fair. I was displeased by the quality of the food. Both my partner and I felt sick after eating breakfast.
We had a room on the back with a blind view (though the rooms on the front have great views) and the room interiour was somewhat extraordinary. The bed was not too comfortable.
Our only negative would be the toilet cistern, it took a good 10 minutes to fill - not good if someone else needs to use the bathroom.
Decor very outdated. Bed not so comfortable.
