What people say

Location was the only good thing about the hotel. To be honest , nothing. No hospitality. The bad thing is that there is no window to outside ! It's a 4 star hotel. It's dirty and things don't work there( elevator, internet, laundry, lights) Staff doesn't speak English well enough to understand more than prices. I left at the end ot the first day after I had complained about the dirty in the room and nothing changed. Only when I had my bags outside waiting for a cab they offered me another room. Too late, went to the hotel across street and for the same price I got everything clean and working.
