Many spoke English, including the bellboy. + Location was very good, on a very lively street within walking distance of the city centre. + Room was quite novel; glass walls on almost all sides. The staff and management were incredible. They consistently went out of their way to make our stay in Erbil great. Not enough nice things can be said about them. The hotel is also well located, close to shopping and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
