They felt like family when I left. A free hotel shuttle to and fom town till late at night was of great help. This was easily the best resort I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed at many many 5 star resorts!) and the biggest reason for that has to be the ever-smiling and hyper-efficient staff. The plus side is it is peasceful and great views of the hills and rice paddies. Putri Ayu also offer free transport when you want to go into town.   I love this little hotel, this was the 3rd time that i have been back.Great little family run hotel. not right in the busy centre of Ubud but still in walking distance.
