It was so relaxing and staff was so helpful and warm that we extended the stay for the third day as well . This time we upgraded to there private villa.The quality of service and amenities were good.   A lovely hotel, very friendly attentative staff. We enjoyed all the food we had in the hotel both breakfast and evening meal. The suites are gorgeous. The beach is very close but we were disappointed with the eating options outside the hotel in as much as restaurants and shops were too far away and spread out. I stayed in a double-storey suite with traditional Balinese decor, it's beautiful. I love the outdoor living area facing the front, and the marble bathroom is clean.   This is my second visit to Ananda in a month of being in Lombok and Bali, and it felt like I was coming home to a place that suited me very well, after having stayed at several much less pleasing places. The resort itself is traditional Balinese which we love, and although on a busy street (Oberoi Road) it is very peaceful and quiet.   This villa was amazing!! We travelled in a group of 8 (3 of which were celebrating birthdays), and stayed at two other hotels while in Bali, but enjoyed this villa the most. The private pool and garden was well maintained, and the maids came in daily to clean our rooms, make our breakfast, and even take our washing down the road!! Definitely highly... what people say » recommended, and will stay here again when we are next in Bali. Also a very central location in seminyak, close to all the boutiques and restaurants.
